Many companies within the financial sector have through the nature of previous regulatory regimes become process driven. The FSA focus to regulation is on outcome driven measurement rather than process and procedure. This programme is designed to allow Senior and Middle managers the opportunity to review their current working practices against a best practice approach that concentrates upon profitability and performance within the workplace, and provides the methodology to manage that change.
